What curriculum is used in Preschool and Elementary?

Preschool and Elementary use a combination of Abeka and BJU curriculum. Abeka curriculum is used to teach foundational reading skills in Preschool-2nd Grade. In addition to the elementary curriculum, students will attend each Enrichment class once a week. Enrichment classes include: Art, Music, Computers, Data, P.E., & Spanish.

Does Union Christian Academy offer Academic Services?

Yes, Union does offer limited academic services. In order to provide the best education for our students, parents must fully disclose any previous services offered to the student. Union does not offer behavior modification services.

What types of Academic Services are offered at Union?

Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy is offered through the public school system after an evaluation approval. In Elementary, our Academic Services Coordinator provides 1 on 1 assistance and small group interventions. In Middle School, academic services facilitate individual academic plans and guided studies. In High School, academic services will provide individualized accommodations.
